All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service.

Once appointment is booked, only one time rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

LATE | RESCHEDULING | CANCELLATION

Please give yourself enough travel time to get to your appointment to avoid being late due to traffic or having to find parking.

If you are more than 10-15 minutes late you will be subjected to a late fee charge.
Automatic cancellation: Your appointment will be automatically canceled after a 15 minute grace period.
Last minute cancellation: Failure to give a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
Automatic cancellation or last minute cancellation will result in forfeiting deposit.
No shows will not be able to rebook.

APPOINTMENT PREP

All clients are required to come in with bare nails, with an exception of sets done at Liangnails.

Liangnails does not fill on top or provide removals of other artist’s work.
Liangnails reserves the right to refuse a service for any given reason - That includes very damaged nail beds, signs of fungus or extremely damaged cuticles with open wounds.
No refunds on services provided.
